Por fin he acabado el último capítulo del libro Good to Great. Me ha parecido un libro muy recomendable, principalmente porque el libro se basa en un estudio y en hechos contrastados.
Después de todas las ideas sugeridas en el libro, me quedo con:
- No company can grow revenues consistently faster than its ability to get enough of the right people to implement that growth and still become a great company.
- The old adage people are your most important asset is wrong. People are not your most important asset. The right peope are.
- The key is to understand what your organization can be the best in the world at and equally important what if cannot be the best at- not what it wants to be the best at.
